Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders may have been processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Tia’s Lingerie are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
