Return and Refund Policy

At Tia’s Lingerie, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that ordering intimate apparel online can be challenging, which is why we’ve created a fair and transparent return policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.

Eligible Items for Return

Returnable Items

The following items may be returned for a refund or exchange:

  • Unworn items with tags attached – Items must be in original condition
  • Items in original packaging – All original packaging must be intact
  • Non-intimate items – Robes, sleepwear, and accessories
  • Defective or incorrect items – We’ll cover return shipping for our errors

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Panties, thongs, and G-strings (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Bodysuits and teddies (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Hosiery and stockings (once opened)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Email us at support@tias-lingerie.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Pack Your Return

  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Keep your tracking number for your records

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit to Account: 5-10 business days (depending on your payment method)

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Unworn items with tags, returned within 30 days
  • Partial Refund: Items returned without original packaging (10% restocking fee)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping is free, so no deduction from refunds

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size:

  • Same item, different size only
  • Subject to availability
  • Difference in price will be charged or refunded
  • Customer covers return shipping (except for our errors)

Style Exchanges

To exchange for a different style:

  • Return original item for refund
  • Place new order for desired item
  • This ensures you receive your new item quickly

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@tias-lingerie.com
  • Include photos of the defective/incorrect item
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • Choose between full refund or replacement
  • No restocking fees apply

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We cannot refund customs fees or duties
  • Items must clear customs to be processed
  • Allow additional time for international shipping

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned:

  • Gift recipient can initiate return with order number
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method
  • Store credit available upon request

Sale and Clearance Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned
  • Regular sale items (not marked Final Sale) follow standard return policy
  • Check product page for specific return eligibility

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard packaging
  • Take photos of damage and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send replacement

Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit:

  • Store credit = full purchase price
  • Store credit never expires
  • Can be used for any future purchase
  • Non-transferable

Important Notes

Hygiene and Safety

We take hygiene seriously. All returned items are inspected. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

Original Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Processing Delays

During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing times may be extended. We’ll notify you of any delays.
